Open Question: My black moor had rock lodged in his mouth..Best type of rock?
Saturday, June 28th, 2008I have medium sized rock/ pebbles in the tank (not colored they are natural tan, sandy color.) Last night my sister woke me up the fish had a pretty big rock lodgedin his mouth and could not spit it out, his mouth was stuck open. He would swim around and then end up upside deown in the corner. I reached in held him and pulled it out. hes fine today no cuts & hes eating ok but hes still sucking at all the rocks.
I switched to larger rocks recently so he couldnt suck it up but there are some smaller ones.
