Undoubtably, you have heard about the advantages of Vitamin D. This little miracle vitamin (specifically Vitamin D3) has been getting a lot of press lately.

Despite many issues on how UV rays can cause the development of skin cancer, over a million people in America still visit some type of tanning bed salon everyday. After all, with the growing trend of the golden-brown complexion not showing any signs of plodding, people continue to rush to get their tans the fast and easy way.
